Canterberry Crossing Community Directory

Canterberry Crossing is a master planned community on the eastern edge of the town of Parker, Colorado.  Homes were first constructed in the late 1980's, and the community will be nearing build-out in 2009. Builders have include included all of the major names; Ryland, Melody, Richmond, Engle, Centex, DR Horton, and Pulte.    Residents enjoy a nearly new clubhouse and pool/mini waterpark.  Within the community lies Parker's only public golf course, Black Bear, which is both challenging as well as scenic.  The course has been rated as one of the top ten public golf courses by Golf Digest.  This will always be a desirable community drawing people looking for a high quality lifestyle.
